Fuxion Pressure Kettles are a fully jacketed, fully insulated, kettle body that features 316 S/S contact area, and 304 S/S body and frame. The Fuxion Pressure kettle is available in gas, electric, and direct steam. In addition the Fuxion Pressure kettle also has standard models available and also “A” Autoclave versions which introduces pressure into the cavity of the kettle, cooking your product under pressure. The Fuxion Pressure kettle series kettles are available in sizes from 50 liters or 15 gallons to 600 liters or 150 gallons.

In addition the Fuxion Pressure kettle is available in the traditional “R” Round series kettles, which is most commonly known or a “M” series or Modular. Whether you order the “R” series or the “M” series, the interior of the kettle body remains traditional. The outside of the kettle body is different. Since the only item in the kitchen that is round is the kettle, for those customers that want a cleaner, more refined look, we make the “M” series or Modular. This style allows the exterior to fit against a cooking suite, or other type of equipment with a finished look. Both units feature the same great performance and durability. The one advantage that a “M” series kettle has over a “R” series is a boil over drain that directs boil over through a hole on the top of the kettle down to the floor drain. The “R” series does not have this.

Fuxion Pressure kettle Models

Indirect Gas : Heating of water is by series of gas burners and heat exchanger. The heat exchanger heats water and converts it into steam. This then rises into the jacket and heats the product. The jacket is a full jacket and is fully insulated for efficiency and protection of operator. The heat is controlled electronically through temperature and pressure.

Direct Gas : Heating of kettle is achieved by a series of gas burners making contact with kettle. This is a preffered method of heating some products in the candy industry and other industries. Control of temperature is maintained electronically and is precise. The kettle is fully insulated for efficiency and safety of operator,unlike our competitor’s models.

Electric : Heating of kettle is by series of heating elements. The heating elements convert the water into steam. The steam then rises into the jacket and heats the product. The jacket is a full jacket and is fully insulated for efficiency and protection of operator. The heat is controlled electronically through temperature and pressure.

Direct Steam : Heating of kettle is achieved by an external steam source that produces steam and sends it into the jacket. The jacket is a full jacket and is fully insulated. This optimizes heat transfer and protects the operator. The steam then returns to the system in the form of condensate.

Autoclave :Fuxion Pressure kettle also offers an autoclave version. The autoclave version allows the kettle to use internal pressure to assist in the cooking of the product. Fuxion Pressure kettle is the only kettle on the market that has a model line dedicated to internal pressure, as a standard model offering.
